This position is the front line to clients and potential clients.  There is incentive compensation based on the growth of the business.

The individual will be:

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Quick Books experience a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support other employees, greeting clients and guests both in person and on the phone then routing them where appropriate.
  • Provide tours of the facility to prospective tenants; attend networking functions to support the development of new business.
  • Direct and serve as backup to other employees.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including data entry and invoice processing.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support others with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Assist owner with marketing promotions.
  • Receive rent and security deposits, post payments, make deposit slips.
  • Maintain tenant files.
  • Deal tactfully with personnel, tenants and visitors
  • Strong communication with owner regarding overall operations and status of property
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions and activity.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Top priorities are stellar customer service, excellent tenant relations, general office, market surveys, leasing documents, communication and lead follow-up with potential customers.
