We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Admin to support the daily administrative workflow of our Shipping/Receiving department. This role is responsible for creating shipping documents, coordinating outbound shipments, and managing accurate records to ensure smooth and timely movement of materials.

What You’ll Do

• Create shipping documents including shippers, BOLs, and labels
• Process UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments
• Scan and maintain all required shipping and receiving documentation
• Coordinate daily administrative needs for the Shipping/Receiving team
• Support accurate documentation for inbound and outbound deliveries
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing

What You Bring

High School Diploma required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving or related administrative role
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and freight shipping systems
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Forklift certification a plus
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working with all levels of the organization
