Location: Phoenix, AZ / Onsite
Status: Full-Time Exempt
Compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding packets, and I-9 documentation.
- Lead onboarding and orientation logistics.
- Maintain HRIS data, employee records, and reporting.
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and qualifying life events.
- Support employee relations documentation.
- Maintain training records, compliance logs, and safety documents.
- Assist with HR audits, reporting, and engagement activities.
- Support payroll processes by entering employee data and tracking time-off requests.
- Maintain compliance documentation and ensure accurate HR recordkeeping.
- Other duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous manufacturing experience related to mechanical components for aerospace preferred
- 3 to 5 years of HR generalist/ recruiting experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing or skilled production roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Physical Requirements
- Long periods of time at a desk working at a computer.
- Walking on uneven surfaces, step up and down.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
- The ability to wear proper personal protective equipment, including earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.
ITAR Compliance Requirement:
This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As such, all applicants must be U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee/asylee status). Candidates who do not meet ITAR eligibility requirements will not be eligible for employment in this position.
