Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleDayshift with on-call requirements, including evenings and weekends.
Job DescriptionAs an Echo Tech, you will provide high-quality echocardiograms to patients of all ages, including pediatric Echos, TEE, and carotid ultrasounds. You will work independently and be responsible for ensuring optimal imaging quality and patient comfort.
Responsibilities- Perform echocardiograms, including pediatric and transesophageal echocardiograms.
- Assist in the acquisition and interpretation of echocardiographic data.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper sterilization and safety protocols.
- Document and report results accurately in a timely manner.
- Provide patient education regarding procedures and follow-up care.
- Current RDCS or RCS certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Echocardiography.
