Responsibilities - Automotive Parts Advisor: 

• Assist wholesale, retail and internet customers in purchasing the correct auto parts, fulfill parts requests from service technicians, stock and manage inventory,  and more.
• Advise customers on selecting and purchasing the correct auto parts.
• Provide auto parts pricing, availability, and product specifications.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, internet, and in person.
• Coordinate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests for repairs.
• Pull auto parts from inventory for customer orders and service technician requests.
• Stock inventory, maintain and track inventory levels
• Manage auto parts deliveries

Qualifications/Requirements - Automotive Parts Advisor:

• Auto parts counter/dealership experience is strongly preferred
• CDK/ADP knowledge is preferred
• Good computer, communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma
