The Opportunity
Dialectica is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Director to lead our Talent Acquisition function for Client Service Team (CST) recruiting worldwide. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this pivotal leadership role is responsible for transforming our recruiting capabilities from reactive support to a proactive, strategic engine.
This is a critical mandate that requires a leader who can operate at a high strategic level, execute a global transformation agenda, and inspire a diverse, multi-cultural team. You will be responsible for defining the future of talent acquisition at Dialectica, ensuring we secure the best talent to fuel our continued global growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Global Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of approximately 25 Talent Acquisition professionals across four key locations: Athens, Bogota, Montreal, and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Establish a cohesive, high-performing, and collaborative global CST Talent Acquisition team culture that embodies Dialectica’s values and delivers consistent, excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Manage the CST Talent Acquisition budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal efficiency and return on investment.
Strategic Transformation & Strategy
- Lead the transformation of the CST Talent Acquisition function to become a proactive, predictive, and high-impact recruiting engine.
- Design and implement a global CST Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with Dialectica's ambitious business objectives and long-term workforce planning.
- Drive significant change in CST recruiting processes, metrics, systems, and technology adoption (e.g., ATS optimization, data analytics, AI tools) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for the global CST Talent Acquisition team, focusing on quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience.
Business Partnership & Workforce Planning
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive and business leaders globally, providing expert consultation on talent markets, competitive intelligence, and future workforce needs.
- Proactively partner with business leaders to anticipate talent requirements, market shifts, and mitigate hiring risks to ensure continuous pipeline health across all CST needs.
- Translate business strategy into clear, executable talent plans, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) recruiting initiatives.
Strategic Initiatives: Campus Recruitment Launch
- Design and launch a comprehensive Global Campus Recruitment program across all Dialectica locations (Athens, Bogota, Montreal, Ho Chi Minh City).
- Develop strategies for building strong university and academic partnerships, creating engaging intern and graduate programs, and establishing a robust pipeline for entry-level talent.
Team Performance & Development
- Establish and manage a global performance framework for the CST TA team, including regular goal setting, continuous feedback loops, and formal performance reviews.
- Develop and monitor team-level and individual-level productivity and quality metrics (e.g., source-to-hire, interviewer-to-offer ratio, time-to-fill) to ensure maximum team efficiency and accountability.
- Identify and implement professional development and training programs to elevate the skills of the team in areas such as proactive sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and business consultation.
- Develop a talent review and succession plan within the CST TA team to ensure career growth opportunities and continuous leadership development for high-potential team members.
- Address and resolve performance issues swiftly and consistently, ensuring fairness and adherence to global people policies.
What we are looking for
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a geographically dispersed, international team.
- Proven track record of leading major TA transformation initiatives (process re-engineering, system implementation, metric redesign) on a global scale.
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing global recruiting strategies, including the launch and scaling of new recruiting channels (e.g., Campus/Early Careers).
- Experience managing performance and career development for a large, multi-cultural team.
- Experience leading recruiting teams in a high-growth, fast-paced technology, consulting, or information services environment is highly preferred.

Location
This is a global role with the expectation of regular international travel. Athens, Greece, is the preferred base location due to the company's significant presence there, but flexibility may be considered for exceptional candidates based near one of our other core locations.
