ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency first opened its doors in 2000 and currently has a small, close-knit team of two dedicated professionals. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm management operations, which gave me a deep understanding of how to support customers and run an efficient, service-driven office.

Im a proud graduate of College of El Paso, and our household keeps things lively were a house divided between Texas Longhorns and Texas A&M fans! Outside of the office, Im actively involved in various charitable initiatives and enjoy finding ways to give back to the community that supports us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Franco - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
