Mission: The Essence of The Job

You will acquire new customers for our insurance agency by offering Commercial Auto, General Liability, Excess Liability & Commercial Umbrella, Workers Compensation and other Commercial Lines products.
 

$50k Salary - Experience Based
  Plus Uncapped Commissions!  Top Earners Can Make $80k-$120k

Competencies: Non-Negotiable Qualities:

• Valid P&C License
• Proven Commercial Sales Success
• Positive personality
• Coachable & open to constructive criticism for training and growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intrinsically driven to be successful

Desired Outcomes:

• Acquire $75K New Business Premium monthly between Farmers and outside markets.
• Collaborate with team development as agency grows and advance from within
