Account ExecutiveLocation: Denver or Chicago
Motive is looking for an Account Executive who's ready to jump into the heart of integrated marketing and push great work forward every single day. In this role, you're the essential link between our clients and internal teams—helping drive projects from brief to delivery, supporting strategic thinking, and keeping timelines, budgets, and communication running smoothly.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Client PartnershipManage and support day-to-day client communication with clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with client partners.
Translate client needs into clear internal next steps—balancing what's right for the client and what's right for the work.
Support multiple workstreams across your team, with varying levels of ownership and responsibility.
- Own specific projects and workstreams from briefing through delivery.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep everything on track.
Proactively flag risks, anticipate challenges, and problem-solve with the broader team.
Support budget tracking, reporting, and overall project financial health.
Process invoices, manage POs, and maintain accurate documentation.
Begin SOW development training, learning how to build and manage project-level scopes.
If applicable, begin using tools like Decideware confidently and effectively.
Work closely with creative, strategy, production, and other studios to bring ideas from concept to execution.
Participate in brainstorms, concept reviews, and work sessions.
Help ensure the final output delivers on the creative intention and client expectations.
Support projects across a wide range of disciplines—advertising, digital, social, experiential, shopper, and promotional.
Learn the nuances of each channel and how they come together to form integrated brand experiences.
Keep teams aligned with organized documentation, status updates, and consistent communication.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure work moves efficiently.
Stay current on your clients' industries, competitors, and cultural context to bring valuable perspective to discussions.

3+ years of experience in an integrated agency environment.
Familiarity with digital, social, experiential, and promotional marketing.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects with accuracy and composure.
A proactive, team-first mindset and a desire to continually expand your skill set.
