Team Member Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive outstanding service in a fast, friendly, clean and safe environment.
- Promote loyalty program and suggest sales.
- Ensure all areas of store are properly stocked and products are correctly priced and labeled.
- Ensure entire store is clean at all times, including parking lot and fuel pumps.
- Follow instructions and complete responsibilities assigned by manager.
- Build to-go containers and accurately use made and waste sheets.
Required Skills and Physical Abilities
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to perform repetitive actions.
- Ability to stand for entirety of shift.
