Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute key initiatives across our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage projects from concept through completion, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-driven, and confident in making decisions that keep projects on track.

• Manage all phases of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and adjust as needed

• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project execution

• Organize and lead project meetings, including reporting progress to leadership

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements

• Maintain detailed documentation including project briefs, timelines, and reports

• Oversee resource allocation and ensure project budgets are followed

• Foster communication across teams to maintain alignment and clarity

• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and workflows

• Proven experience in project management or a related role

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide teams and manage expectations

• Proficiency in project management tools

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage remote project teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field

• Professional certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master) are an advantage
