Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring an active OK or compact RN license and ICU specialty experience.
Responsibilities- Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
- Thirteen-week assignment duration
- Patient population includes critically ill adults
- Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs
- Up to 5 days requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
- Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible but pay rules may differ
- Local contractor staff are limited to three consecutive 13-week contracts within a 50-mile radius before a one-year separation or transfer is required
- First-time travelers are eligible to apply
- Active OK or compact RN license at the time of consideration
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
- At least 2 years total RN experience preferred
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is scheduled
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SIN not accepted
