Boston’s Pizza, located inside the Best Western Downtown Casper Hotel, serves a diverse clientele, including hotel guests, event attendees, and local diners. With 200 guest rooms and 39,000 sq. ft. of event space, we provide high-quality dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items following Boston’s Pizza recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking supplies.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
