Review and verify borrower(s) credit reports, property appraisals, and supplemental information to produce all necessary binding documentation for loan officer and file records.

Evaluate and submit credit bureau requests/reporting to third party platforms and insure accurate internal maintenance.

Represents the financial institution to the community through good customer relations.

Establishes and helps to attain internal performance objectives for credit department.

Confirm information related to real-estate property such as map, parcel, and property identifications to obtain a standard flood hazard determination form to ensure proper insurance will cover limits needed for all collateral taken.

The ability to reach out and request at least two bids for needed evaluation and appraisal reports consulting with appraisers from the approved list found in our policy, and placing orders for lowest bid, gathering all needed information for lenders and appraisers following appropriate procedures.

Directs financial institution personnel in activities to ensure prompt, accurate and dependable customer service.

Responsible for completing closing process by collaborating with attorneys, title companies, and county clerks relating with loan officer's needs.

Responsible for consulting with needed management and refer to First National Bank Loan Policy and Guidelines for all business purpose and consumer purpose loans to comply with laws and regulations.

Responsible for supporting loan officers by ensuring timely, judicious and accurate loan processing, and assist to resolve questions and concerns.

Maintains financial institution compliance.

Maintains and stays abreast of security policies and procedures.

Planning and Organizing. The ability to analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time. Consider amount of supervision required and extent to which you can trust employee to carry out assignments conscientiously.

Responsible for assisting with customer inquiries about their loan information such as payoffs, due dates, and concerns.

Responsible for working with other financial institutions to provide needed information such as payoffs, due dates, and concerns.

Responsible for reviewing and mail loan statements for courteous payment reminders, notice of past dues, and notice of rate changes for ARM loans and loans pertaining to prime rate changes.

Responsible for maintaining complete confidentiality of all submitted information for consumers and/or employees according to release guidelines.
