Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite (Monday to Friday)

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $18/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our delivery and installation teams while ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist delivery and installation teams during their routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Handle a high volume of phone calls related to home delivery, services, and installations.
• Support showroom staff by dating delivery tickets and troubleshooting any issues.
• Check in delivery drivers upon their return and confirm all necessary tasks are completed.
• Produce and generate next-day delivery paperwork to ensure accurate planning and scheduling.
• Match invoices with run sheets to verify that merchandise is properly loaded on trucks for delivery.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or delivery support is a plus.
• Must be reliable and capable of working onsite Monday through Friday.
