Act as the first point of contact, handling calls, greeting clients, managing schedules, and performing crucial administrative tasks like mail distribution, filing, and maintaing office supplies. Ensuring smooth daily operations and client satisfaction with strong organizational and communication skills.
The successful candidate will manage the front desk, answer and redirect calls, book appointments, handle sensitive information discreetly, and often support the attorneys with basic legal paperwork and document flow.
We are a small, boutique law firm with a legal practice exclusively in the area of family law, located in Corporate Woods, Overland Park, Kansas. The firm provides experienced and empathetic legal advice and representation to each of its clients. We seek to minimize our clients' anxiety by partnering with each client in analyzing unique concerns, clearly explaining the law and available options, and assisting through negotiation, mediation, settlement, or litigation.
