Maintenance Associate

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Repair and Maintenance: Complete work orders and repair requests for the property efficiently and on time.

• Appliance Repair: Perform troubleshooting and repair on residential or commercial appliances.

• Preventive Care: Execute routine preventive maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly and minimize future issues.

• Vendor Oversight: Oversee and coordinate work performed by outside contractors, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.

• Inventory & Estimation: Maintain organized inventory of materials and supplies, and estimate the time and scope of necessary repairs.

• Property Upkeep: Ensure the property grounds remain clean and presentable.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

• Proven experience in maintenance, facility repair, or a related field.

• Strong familiarity with standard maintenance tools and equipment.

• Must be deadline and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality work.

• Ability to handle a physical workload (lifting, bending, standing, etc.).

• Some personal tools are required to perform daily tasks.
