POSITION OVERVIEW:

Outside Sales Representative & Field Director

This role offers an accelerated career track with a clear path to Agency Owner. Your initial focus will be building your personal book of business through our proven, gold-standard sales system. As you progress, you will be developed and compensated as a sales trainer and leader, helping grow and mentor your own team while expanding your client base.

Candidates with prior sales or sales leadership experience may be eligible to fast-track through this progression.
