Position Overview:
VI-A is bringing aboard Entry-Level Sales Managers to represent their local market as part of our national sales organization. You’ll work primarily within your assigned territory, building relationships with local residential and commercial clients, while having the option to travel to other high-demand markets during storm events or growth initiatives.
This role blends outside field sales with inside sales training, giving you exposure to the full sales cycle. High performers can advance into leadership, training, or territory management roles—locally or nationally.
No roofing or sales experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, inside and outside sales training, and ongoing leadership mentorship.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Represent VI-A in your local market through property inspections and client consultations
- Meet directly with homeowners, property owners, and decision-makers
- Participate in inside sales training, call strategy, and virtual presentations
- Present restoration solutions and manage the client relationship
- Assist clients through the insurance restoration process (training provided)
- Optionally travel to additional markets during storm response or growth opportunities
