Overview Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)! We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) provider for float between two of our centers located in Concord, NH, and a center in Manchester, NH. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. New grads are welcome to apply. The hourly range for this position is $58 - $59 / hour.
