Overview: Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)! We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) provider for our Pierpont Center located in Fairmont, WV. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
