Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in clinical nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-education skills.
• BLS required; additional specialty certifications preferred based on patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and clinical status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and health management.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
