We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in South Carolina, starting Jan 19, 2026. This opportunity features day shifts, Monday through Friday, with optional weekend day shifts and no night or mammography requirements. Candidates must be board eligible within 5 years and hold a South Carolina license or have FCVS for verification.
Job Details

- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm; weekend day shifts available 7am to 4pm
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform IR on-site studies including arteriograms, CT-fluoro biopsies, ablations, embolization, kyphoplasty, gastro placement, Pleurx catheter insertion, nephrostomy tube insertion, port placements, tunneled and non-tunneled catheters, dialysis graft declots, and biliary drainages
- Conduct general on-site studies such as lumbar punctures, myelograms, arthrograms, fluoro BE-UGI-barium swallows, modified barium swallows, ultrasound guided biopsies, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and galactograms
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to clinical protocols and safety guidelines
