Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Cycle Counter to monitor warehouse inventory and perform cycle counting duties. This role ensures all materials are properly verified and reflective of reported inventory. Additional responsibilities include stockroom activities to maintain accuracy through proper processing of material receipts, transfers, and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and non-conforming materials
Utilize ERP systems to process counts and review inventory activity
Locate missing inventory and report discrepancies or damaged products
Assist in publishing weekly and quarterly inventory metrics
Recommend process improvements to eliminate discrepancies
Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse
Operate wave & pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; 1 year of factory-related experience in shipping/receiving
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using ERP systems
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and operate warehouse equipment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Sit, stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the facility
Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs consistently
