Job DescriptionYour Role: Senior Estimator – A High-Impact, Leadership-Driven Position
As the Senior Estimator, you will take command of the estimating department and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company’s success. This is more than just crunching numbers—this is a strategic, forward-facing position with real influence.
You will:
- Oversee the estimation of all commercial drywall projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and competitive pricing
- Analyze performance from past projects to define standards and best practices for future estimates
- Play a key role in evaluating and improving the company’s bid management and estimating software
- Develop and implement standardized estimating methods and processes that elevate efficiency and precision
- Mentor, train, and support other estimators, helping them grow into top-tier professionals
- Serve as the final authority on estimating procedures, processes, techniques, and personnel decisions for assigned projects
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping drive profitability and operational excellence

QualificationsWhat You Bring
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of Commercial Drywall Estimating experience
- A strong, stable work history that demonstrates commitment and reliability
- Mastery of bid management and estimating software
- Exceptional leadership abilities and a natural talent for guiding and developing others
- A deep understanding of commercial drywall assemblies, scopes, production rates, and project workflows
- A strategic mindset with the confidence to set standards and make high-impact decisions

Compensation
