Your Impact

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at our Appleton facility, you will play a key role in making sure the products we manufacture meet the highest quality standards. Your work will directly impact everyday items people rely on, from shipping labels and packaging to event tickets, pharmacy printouts, and lottery cards. You will help improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure that every roll, sheet, or label leaving the plant is consistent and reliable. By leading process improvements and troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, you will make a tangible difference in the safety, quality, and performance of our products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies that improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
  • Lead process improvement and capital projects from concept through implementation
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex manufacturing challenges using data-driven methods
  • Participate in Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and productivity
  • Support product launches and collaborate with R&D and operations to ensure consistent quality
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize product design and process integration
  • Train production staff on new processes, products, and equipment procedures

You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a science-related field
  • +3 years of experience in process engineering or product development
  • Proven ability to apply engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes and product quality
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams
  • Understanding of manufacturing systems, safety standards, and quality protocols
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Insight in cost analysis, project planning, and strategic execution
