CST Certified Peer Support

We are looking for Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSS) to provide Community Support Team in the Iredell County area. CPSS Certification (Required)

CSTis anintensivecommunity-basedrehabilitation team service that provides direct treatment and restorative interventions as well as case management. CST is designed to provide:

1. symptom stability by reducing presenting psychiatric or substance use disorder symptoms;
2. restorative interventions for development of interpersonal, community, coping and independent living skills;
3. psychoeducation;
4. first responder intervention to deescalate a crisis; and
5. service coordination and ensure linkage to community services and resources.
