Construction Estimator With Project Management Knowledge

Harvis, Inc., on behalf of Champion Builders, Inc. is looking for an experienced Full Time Construction Estimator with Project Management knowledge to join the team and become part of the Champion family!

Responsibilities:

* Facilitate entire bid process

* Solicitation of pricing

* Job site visits and pictures

* Attend pre-bid meetings and job site walk throughs

* Work with Management and be responsible for running large size and smaller sized commercial construction projects from start to finish

* Manage permitting, submittal process, schedules, budgets/hours, job meetings, change orders, and close out documentation

Qualifications:

* Must have 5+ years previous experience as an Estimator/Project Manager in a commercial construction environment

* Experience with Sage estimating software is a plus

* Hands on field experience and knowledge of commercial construction is a must

* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills to interact with management, clients, and owner of company

* Team player with goals to advance with the company in the future

* Successful completion of all pre-employment background checks
