What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service in person and on the phone

• Educate clients on massage, skin care, and stretch services

• Sell memberships, services, and retail products

• Build relationships that drive member retention and loyalty

• Schedule appointments and support daily front desk operations

What We're Looking For

• Passion for sales and customer service

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Comfort with cash handling, basic computer systems, and goal-based sales

• Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
