Practice Details

• Two locations: Eugene & Springfield
• 3–4 days per week
• Team includes 10 doctors, 22 assistants, 26 hygienists
• 14–16 operatories

Requirements

• DMD/DDS
• Active or in-process Oregon dental license
• Commitment to excellent, compassionate patient care
