On Site - Bank Branch Field Support Technician

Onsite Field Technician – Banking Branch Hardware Installations (Contract to Hire)

Location: Multiple Onsite Banking Branch Locations
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00pm-9:00pm and Tuesday-Friday, 8:00am-10:00am.
Evening 6:00pm-9:00pm equipment installations and Morning 8:00am-10:00am testing equipment installation in bank environment

Hourly Pay: Low 30s per hour, 40-hour work week.
Transportation: Personal Vehicle Required.

We’re hiring an Onsite Field Technician to support two major banking technology projects involving device installations, hardware upgrades, and workstation configuration. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently at client sites, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Project (Installations):

• Install and configure scanners, tablets, PCs, and peripherals
• Perform workstation setup and cable/wire management
• Test all hardware to ensure proper function
• Track installed devices and obtain site sign-off

NextGen Teller Project (Removals & Upgrades):

• Remove legacy devices (Canon CR190I, Olivetti Teller Printer, Magtek Micro Reader)
• Package equipment for shipment/refurbishment
• Install Epson TM-S9000II Check Readers
• Complete workstation configuration and add devices to Passport
• Test equipment and close-out-site documentation

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and professional communication
• Experience installing printers, scanners, or peripheral hardware
• High attention to detail and strong documentation habits
• Ability to adapt when plans change or issues arise
• Willingness to work after hours with next-morning follow-up
