MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is seeking a Finishing Material HandlerLead candidate for a company that manufactures hardwood flooring for residential homes in Orange, CA.
Schedule: 5:00 AM TO 1:30 PM Monday through Friday overtime as needed and Saturday availability
Requirements of a Material Handler:
- Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse lead experience
- Must be familiar with NHLA lumber grading rules
- Must have experience in loading and unloading raw materials.
- Precision in measurements and cuts
- Bilingual(Spanish and English)
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience in roles such as Carpenter, Material Handler, General Labor, Warehouse Associate, and Shipping and Receiving is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Material Handler:
- Supporting the Bandsaw, Press, and Grading departments ensuring no lag time in production.
- Fast-paced working environment.
- Mix colors and use testing equipment to ensure finish has been applied correctly
- Moving panels from pallet to infeed of the machine
- Transfer material from machine to machine
- Off-loading palletizing and packing of materials for ship
