Compensation:$125,000+ commission based income
Responsibilities:- Proactively prospect your sphere of influence to generate opportunities
- Conduct buyer and listing appointments and negotiate contracts through to closing
- Deliver exceptional service with integrity and professionalism
- Engage in ongoing coaching and accountability to sharpen your skills
- Great communication and social skills
- Organized and managed time effectively
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Self-motivation and drive
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
