Bilingual Audiology Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Bilingual Audiology Assistant for a full-time opportunity in North San Antonio. This role combines clinical assistance with administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth patient care and efficient workflow. If you are not currently credentialed, we will work with you to obtain your Audiology Assistant license.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist audiologists during appointments and diagnostic procedures.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage clinic calendars.
• Perform basic hearing aid maintenance, including cleaning and troubleshooting.
• Enter audiograms and chart notes accurately into patient records.
• Sanitize patient areas and equipment between appointments.
• Package and ship hearing aids to manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist, front desk coordinator, medical assisting, or related position.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills who are eager to learn.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
•  Previous experience in audiology or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Licensure: If you are not credentialed, we will assist you in obtaining your Audiology Assistant license.
• Proficient with scheduling systems and basic computer applications.
