What You’ll Do
• Bring 2D engineering designs to life through precise machining
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using advanced measuring tools
• Set up and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials with accuracy
• Diagnose issues, make adjustments, and keep machines running at peak performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine errors
• Produce quality parts daily while meeting production goals
• Track and report progress throughout your shift
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet exact specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform daily machine inspections to ensure reliability and safety
• Follow ISO 9001:2015 standards and all safety guidelines
• Support the team by taking on additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
• At least 2 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing or machining environment (or equivalent education/experience)
• Ability to read and understand machine program codes
• Confidence using precision measuring instruments
• Strong blueprint and drawing interpretation skills
• Hands-on knowledge of machining equipment and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and safety
• Willingness to cross-train, learn new skills, and multitask
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Reliable, self-motivated, and well-organized
