Systems Coordinator – 1st Shift
Location: Rantoul, IL | Pay: $22.15/hour | Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role:
Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain company, is seeking a Systems Coordinator to join their Rantoul facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support warehouse systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure smooth operations. This is not a traditional helpdesk role – you’ll work directly with end-users to solve complex software and hardware challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair software and hardware issues for facility users.

• Support the site’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) and assist with facility layout and system utilization.

• Monitor inventory control and system performance; generate reports as needed.

• Assist with project development, system implementation, and performance monitoring.

• Develop and maintain training materials and user guides.

• Collaborate with operations staff and customer representatives to resolve systemic issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of experience with WMS (Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP preferred).

• 1–2 years of report writing experience; SQL experience required.

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

• Experience in a supply chain, logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment preferred.

• Hands-on technical experience with software and hardware support.
