We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our client's finance team on the outskirts of Pittsburgh, PA (Northeast of downtown). This role is critical to ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely payments while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal departments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage invoice entry and coding in the accounting system, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Prepare ACH transactions and process check runs
  • Respond promptly to vendor inquiries and provide support to multiple operational locations
  • Review expense reports for proper coding and accuracy
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities and generate required reports
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Considered full time but wrapping up by 3:30PM daily
Pay Details: $48,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
