Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Financial Controller for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $108k-$161k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly close and financial reporting processes, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial results, and oversee the coordination of monthly forecasts, the annual operating plan, and long-term strategic planning activities.
- Maintain all Schedule of Authority (SOA) documentation required for monthly and quarterly close activities.
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place across plant operations, sales, and finance functions.
- Analyze and accurately report the current month’s financial performance to plant, sales, and corporate management, following corporate guidelines and timeframes.
- Process and submit all financial transactions, transmissions, and reports accurately and promptly.
- Verify cycle count accuracy and validate reported results each month.
- Prepare and maintain records for capital expenditures and fixed assets.
- Audit bills of materials (BOMs) to confirm product costing accuracy and proper cost accounting.
- Perform margin analysis for the Amory facility in collaboration with Customer Service, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure accurate costing for quotes.
- Maintain a perpetual inventory for finished goods and reconcile it as needed with production, shipping, and returns data.
- Partner closely with the General Manager to review production and costing matters, including labor, material, overhead, distribution costs, returns, and inventory levels.
- Evaluate potential excess and obsolete inventory items monthly and prepare reconciliations in coordination with the Materials Manager.
- Complete monthly reconciliations of all inter-company accounts.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations to confirm assets are safeguarded and financial reports are accurate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, GAAP standards, and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with 6–8 years of relevant experience.
- Manufacturing experience is required.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (ECC) Finance and Costing modules.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Experience with Hyperion or OneStream is a plus.
- Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications, professional journals, technical documents, and government regulations.
- Demonstrated skill in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
