Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.
\n Responsibilities:
\n • Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
\n • Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
\n • Document services accurately and timely
\n • Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
\n • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
\n • Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
\n Qualifications:
\n • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
\n • Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
\n • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
