Cashier

Bocatti Experience is a hospitality and events company offering high-quality dining, catering, and private event services. We are committed to providing a welcoming environment and excellent customer service for every guest. We are currently seeking a dependable Cashier to support daily service and event operations in San Antonio.

The Cashier is responsible for processing guest transactions accurately, assisting customers with orders, and supporting front-of-house operations. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a friendly attitude.

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Assist guests with menu items, pricing, and order questions
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Follow company policies related to payments, refunds, and receipts
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate order handling
• Assist with light front-of-house duties as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Professional appearance and punctuality

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday
• Occasional daytime shifts during special events

Compensation:$15.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience
