Paint- Setup. Performs preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance to molds, and associated support equipment using precision testing and measuring equipment.
Is knowledgeable in all aspects of basic hand tools and proper use. Optimizes use of technical manuals and drawings.
Fluent in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic symbols.
Familiar with the operation of machine tools; able to manufacture simple to moderate skill level projects with the drill, mill, lathe, acetylene torch, mig welder, tig welder, arc welder and plasma cutter.
Able to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical systems.
Able to troubleshoot and repair simple hydraulic systems.
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
