Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Appointment Setter to join our remote team. In this role, you will contact potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales or service team. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and comfortable communicating by phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls, emails, or messages to potential clients to introduce company services
Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine appointment readiness
Schedule appointments for the sales team or relevant department
Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and appointment details
Follow scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistency
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified appointments
Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, outreach, and appointments set
Follow up with interested prospects to confirm or reschedule appointments
Document all interactions in the CRM accurately
Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident phone presence and strong conversational abilities
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging
Basic computer and CRM skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to meet and exceed performance targets
Reliable internet connection and working computer
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support
Experience with CRM tools
Background in sales, customer service, or lead generation
Ability to work in a fast-paced or KPI-driven environment
