While prior construction scheduling experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong administrative backgrounds who are motivated to learn—we are happy to provide training for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and installation projects
  • Order and track permits
  • Monitor and follow up on purchase orders
  • Prepare and process invoices
  • Support field managers with ordering and coordination needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Previous scheduling experience preferred
  • Experience with Aspire software a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
