Maintenance Technician Manufacturing - Direct Hire - $36/hr

We are currently working with a major manufacturing company that is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in the  New Haven/Fort Wayne, IN area! This person will work alongside other maintenance team members to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment throughout the plant. Both preventative and reactive maintenance will be performed.

Direct-hire, full-time hours

Hours: 2nd or 3rd shift available

Compensation: Up to $36/hr (depending on experience) + full benefits package

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Mechanical troubleshooting on various equipment throughout the plant
• Work with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Basic PLC troubleshooting/programming

• Previous experience in maintenance within a production/manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
