Job Description
Looking for experienced customer service representatives experienced in working in a high volume call environment assisting callers with account questions and updates. Located in downtown Omaha, NE. This position requires working onsite 5 days a week.
$20.00 / hour
Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm - No nights or weekends!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of incoming calls
- Answer customer questions and update account profiles
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years experience call center and queue management
- Clear communication with the ability to use positive language
- Goal oriented focus
- Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment
