Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring packages are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Safety is our top priority, and teamwork is essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures—safety is our first core value
Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
Load delivery trucks accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift; ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active
Dependable, flexible, and reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to safely perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including heat and cold depending on the season
Job Details:
Shift: 3:30 AM – 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday
Location: Gary, IN
Skills: Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Uniform: Standard work attire; gloves and work boots recommended
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour (standard rate)
