Job Summary
We are seeking an Excel Data Specialist for a temporary, onsite assignment. This role will support budget development, financial data management, and reporting across multiple divisions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets in Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, download, and manage large data sets from financial systems.
- Clean, organize, and structure data in Excel to support operating and personnel budgets.
- Build and distribute standardized Excel budget templates.
- Analyze personnel budgets, including full-time, part-time, and benefits calculations.
- Compile and consolidate divisional budget submissions for internal review and reporting.
- Upload and maintain budget files and documentation in SharePoint.
- Process invoices accurately and promptly.
- Identify data inconsistencies and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills, including working with large data sets.
- Experience supporting budgets, financial reporting, or data analysis.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial systems and SharePoint is a plus.

Qualifications
Associates or Higher Degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an office environment, with emphasis on financial tasks.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested formulas, power query/pivot, conditional formatting, etc.).
• Strong ability to work with large data sets and maintain data integrity.
• Experience working with ERP financial systems.
• Ability to interpret both operating and personnel budgets
• Comfortable navigating SharePoint or an alternative file sharing system for file management and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize and present financial information clearly.
