Requirements

• 1+ years over the road driving experience
• 1+ years flatbed experience
• Clean MVR, no major violations
• Strong work ethic - no drama, no excuses
• Must be dependable, professional, and self-motivated

Compensation and benefits

• $0.60-$0.80 per mile
• $1000 weekly minimum ($52,000 annually)
• Tarp pay
• Oversize load pay
• Per diem
• Quarterly performance bonus
• Detention and layover pay
• Clean, well-maintained equipment
• Direct line to management
