The Money & The Perks
- Base Pay: $30 - $40 per Hour (Guaranteed hourly rate).
- Production Bonus: Earn extra on top of your hourly rate based on performance.
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Paid after 365 days of employment).

What You Will Do
We are looking for a troubleshooter—someone who loves the puzzle of a difficult diagnosis.
- Master the Diagnosis: Perform high-level diagnostics on vehicles, focusing on powertrain, transmissions, and complex automotive electrical systems.
- Solve the Puzzle: Interpret wiring schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve difficult vehicle issues.
- Execute Repairs: Handle general automotive repair processes, including alignments and powertrain system maintenance.
- Collaborate: Work effectively with service advisors and other technicians to ensure a high standard of service delivery and safety in the workshop.
What We Need From You
- Experience: Previous professional experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician is required.
- Diagnostic Proficiency: Strong mechanical knowledge with a specific talent for diagnosing electrical and driveability issues.
- Technical Savvy: A deep understanding of automotive repair processes, including alignment and powertrain systems.
- Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
