Job Description

The Creekside School is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a collaborative, mission-driven learning organization committed to excellence in special education and adult services. This role focuses on providing high-quality applied behavior analytic services using least restrictive, person-centered supports to help students and participants make meaningful progress.

The BCBA is a key member of the multidisciplinary team and is responsible for assessing behavior, developing and overseeing Behavior Intervention Plans, Functional Behavior Assessments, and IEP/IPP goals, and ensuring fidelity of implementation across programs. The role includes training and coaching staff, designing and managing a comprehensive 40-hour RBT coursework program, supporting positive behavior development, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to behavior intervention, crisis management, and documentation.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in ABA, experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum with moderate to severe support needs, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. This position requires active participation with families, educators, administrators, and related service providers, while modeling professionalism, leadership, and alignment with The Creekside School’s mission and values.

Qualifications include an active BCBA or BCBA-D certification, eligibility to supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, and a master’s or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field, along with relevant professional experience.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment that values growth, innovation, and the well-being of both employees and the individuals we serve.
